Make sure you are logged into your account and scroll down to the rewards section of the loyalty information page. Pick a reward from the options available based on your points balance and redeem your points for a coupon code. Coupons cannot be combined.


Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.


Florence's Circle rewards, points, and tier status will begin being accrued on or after September 26, 2024. Any purchase activity prior to September 26,2024 will not be considered when calculating rewards, points, or tier status.


We are unable to make point or reward adjustments of any kind.

Tier status is based on a rolling year and will expire after 12 months of inactivity.


Tier status is based on amount spent over the course of a rolling 12 month year. Your tier will update when the qualifying order ships.


To maintain your tier status, you will need to spend (within a rolling year) $0+ to keep Plaid, $500+ to keep Seersucker, and $1000+ to keep Velvet.


Points will be automatically added to your account on your birthday. If you enter your birthday and it's within the next 30 days, your reward will not be granted until the following year.
